Unbroken – A Musical Experience of Hope offers ten exceptionally talented children from South African townships the opportunity of a lifetime. Together with the world-renowned Tygerberg Children’s Choir, they tour Europe with a performance that deeply moves audiences and carries a powerful message of hope.

Set within a rich, global soundscape where choral music, African percussion, piano, and contemporary pop blend seamlessly, the production brings to life a moving story of loss, connection, and healing. The narrative unfolds through an English voice-over, guiding the audience through this emotional journey. Unbroken reveals what becomes possible when children are truly seen, supported, and believed in.

The premiere in Cape Town last September received standing ovations and left audiences profoundly touched—an unforgettable evening filled with authenticity and emotion. These evenings are more than concerts; they are encounters between cultures, generations, and hearts.

Proceeds from the performances support the work of MOSAIC SA Deutschland e.V. and its South African partner, Mosaic Community Developments. Together, they walk alongside these children far beyond the stage, helping them unlock their full potential and gain access to opportunities that might otherwise remain out of reach.

In doing so, Mosaic contributes to creating safe, loving, and stable family environments for the estimated 2.8 million orphaned and vulnerable children in South Africa, offering them dignity, security, and hope for the future. More information can be found at www.mosaicsa.org.
