You can! During an Early Bird Cruise, you sail through the Ankeveen lakes in the early morning with the forest ranger. In the mystical morning dew, you go out on the lake together to hear and see the birds in this watery peat landscape.
In this landscape of ditches, legacies, reed beds and swamp forest live birds like reed warbler, reed warbler and purple heron. And can you detect the 'humming' of the moustache?
Please note:
- With a minimum of 4 tickets sold, the tour will go ahead. With fewer participants, Natuurmonumenten will cancel the tour and you will get your money back.
- It is an open boat, so remember warm and/or rain gear.
- Don't forget your binoculars!
- Dogs are unfortunately not allowed along.
- Please check yourself and/or your children for ticks after visiting nature.
- In principle, the excursion always takes place. Should the weather really not allow it, you will be cancelled by the boat guide.
