Country estate 'Boom en Bosch'

Boom en Bosch is a country estate along the River Vecht in the Dutch village of Breukelen. Engel de Ruyter had the country estate built around 1675. Among the more recent renovations (1983) is the rebuilding of the two side wings on the main building. In terms of national monuments, the country estate next to the main building includes the park construction, garden ornaments, an old samll house and various fences. Until 2011, Boom en Bosch served as the town hall of Breukelen.
