Since 2012, the brothers Don and Sten have been at the helm of this eatery. What was once taken over as a pancake restaurant has now grown into a cozy restaurant with a beautiful terrace on the Oude Raadhuisplein. You can go to Insolar for a real cup of coffee in the morning to a very tasty dinner in the evening. A delicious slice of country bread topped with fresh products, a fresh salad, a nice drink in the afternoon sun, you name it.
The pancakes are also still 'hanging' at Insolar. Just as it should be, homemade batter, baked in the pan and the ingredients in it.
