Restaurant pop-up Winter Lights at Pampus Island

Looking for a unique culinary adventure? Then grab the chance to go 'Winter Lights' on Fort Island Pampus in February or March!

Your evening out starts on a beautiful boat with a cosy bar on board. This way, you'll sail towards the island under a starry sky. Once there, you get all the freedom you need to explore the fort.

Especially for Winter Light, the fort rooms are cosily decorated and house snacks, cocktails and other drinks prepared on site. With a glass of wine in hand, feel free to look around outside as well. From the deep dry moat you can see - without being bothered by stray light - the stars at their most beautiful. And from the fort's roof you have a fantastic panorama over the IJmeer. Super romantic with all those twinkling lights from the mainland.

The main course
For the main course and dessert, you move from the low-lying fortress to the higher restaurant on Pampus. Here you will be served a beautiful seasonal dish inspired by the fort's history and in keeping with the ideas of The Green Defence Line*. Finish with a dream dessert, a fine coffee and a delicious island-made Pampus digestif.
